They may be small, but these flaky, whole-fillet fish bites are cut from wild-caught Alaska Pollock fillets and are big on taste. Our signature breadcrumb coating finishes them off for a crunchy, bite-sized treat.

Bake:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Arrange frozen Popcorn Fish on baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 16 minutes on middle oven rack.
  • For best results, turn fish over after 7–8 minutes.

Deep Fry:

  • Place frozen Popcorn Fish in a basket.
  • Deep fry at 350°F for 4 to 4 ½ minutes or until golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbent paper before serving.

Pan Fry:

  • In skillet, heat ½ inch cooking oil in a skillet to 350°F.
  • Fry frozen Popcorn Fish for 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even browning.
  • Drain on absorbent paper before serving.

Due to differences in appliances and quantity prepared, cooking time may vary and require adjustment. Fully loaded oven may require additional cooking time.
