| Q | Can I bake a product that only has frying instructions? |
| A | Because of the differences in how we carefully prepare and package each product, the cooking directions included on the package should be followed. Some products must be fried. For more help getting the best taste from your SeaPak meal, feel free to read the Shrimp Cooking Tips found in our Seafood 101 section. |
| Q | Can I microwave a product if there are no microwave instructions? |
| A | Some products are prepared and frozen in such a way that they may be unsuitable for microwaving. The cooking directions on the package will unlock the great taste of each SeaPak seafood product. |
| Q | Do your seafood products contain any sulfites and/or preservatives? |
| A | Sulfites are listed on the labels of products that contain sulfites. Almost all of the shrimp products declare sulfites since the treatment is standard practice to protect the raw shrimp. |
