BBQ Garlic Shrimp Kebabs

10 minutes (+ 30 min to soak skewers)

12 kebabs
Directions
SOAK wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
PREPARE an outdoor grill with a medium-high fire (or use an indoor electric grill on medium high heat).
THREAD 3 pieces of shrimp, 2 pineapple chunks, 2 green pepper pieces onto each of the skewers, leaving a little space between each item. Brush with BBQ sauce and grill, turning, until browned and nicely marked, about 4 minutes.
TRANSFER to a clean platter, scatter the parsley on top, if using, and serve warm or at room temperature.

1 package (10 oz) SeaPak® Garlic Herb Marinated Shrimp, thawed
12 6-8" skewers
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (if desired)
