Popcorn Fish with Lemon Herb Butter Sauce

Directions

COOK popcorn fish according to package instructions.

PLACE butter in small sauce pan on medium high heat.

ADD basil, thyme, oregano, lemon zest and lemon juice.

STIR to incorporate.

HEAT until butter is fully melted and just starts to sizzle.

ADD salt and pepper to taste.

SERVE warm sauce with cooked popcorn fish.

1 (22 oz) package SeaPak® Popcorn Fish, frozen

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dry basil)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dry thyme)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dry oregano)

Finely shredded zest + juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper taste
