Directions
SAUTÉ shrimp in large pan for 3 minutes over medium. Add broccoli florets to pan and stir with shrimp. Continue sautéing the shrimp and broccoli over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.
SERVE shrimp and broccoli over cooked orzo.
From Krishna K: You can use frozen broccoli florets instead of fresh. Just defrost/heat them in the microwave and drain off excess water. Since the broccoli is already cooked, wait to add it to the pan until the shrimp are almost done cooking.
