Directions

PREPARE the shrimp according to package directions.

PUT the mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, lemon juice and garlic in an electric blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Add the cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pulse just until the ingredients are mixed.

SERVE sauce on the side for dipping or toss shrimp with sauce and serve immediately.

From Taylor M: If you don't have all the indredients to make the dip, you can subsitute with a baja ranch dressing (I still add in the fresh cilantro). It's delicious and takes 2 minutes to prepare!

1 (20 oz) package SeaPak® Popcorn Shrimp or SeaPak® Shrimp Poppers

1 cup mayonnaise

2 - 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (add more or less to reach desired level of spiciness)

2 Tablespoon lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, peeled

1 - 2 Tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste
