Directions
PREPARE crab cakes according to package directions.
PUREE mango, orange juice, shallots, vinegar, and chili sauce in food processor until smooth, while crab cakes are cooking.
SPOON desired amount of mango sauce on top of crab cakes.

3/4 cup fresh mango, peeled and cubed
1/3 cup orange juice
3 Tablespoons rough chopped shallots
1 Tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Thai style sweet chili sauce
