Popcorn Fish with Spicy Maple Sauce

Directions

COOK popcorn fish according to package instructions.

COMBINE the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan on high heat.

BRING mixture to a boil then remove from heat.

LET mixture stand for 5 minutes, then serve warm with cooked popcorn fish.

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 -1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes (add more or less to taste)
