Double-Stuffed Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

1 package 0.29 oz premeasured seasonings for shrimp and pasta primavera, McCormick® Recipe Inspirations®
1 1⁄4 cup Sour cream
1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1 package (12.8-oz) SeaPak® frozen salmon burgers
2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
4 lettuce leaves
4 red onion slices
4 cucumber slices

Instructions

In a small bowl, STIR together contents of seasoning package; reserve 1 teaspoon seasoning mixture for Dill-Garlic Onion Rings. Stir sour cream and mayonnaise into remaining seasoning mixture.
HEAT a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook frozen patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until done. Spread cut sides of buns with desired amount of sour cream mixture. Top bottom halves of buns with lettuce, 2 salmon patties, onion slices, and cucumber slices.
