Shrimp Scampi Fettuccine with Asparagus

Directions
PREHEAT large non-stick skillet 1 minute on medium heat. Add the shrimp to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
ADD asparagus tips to shrimp. Continue sautéing for 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.
REMOVE pan from heat. Spoon shrimp and asparagus over cooked fettuccine and serve.
From Joanna W: To give this recipe a little more Asian flavor I drain half of the scampi butter and add about 2 tbs of sesame oil. It really brings a new flavor to the shrimp and sauce.

2 cups fresh asparagus tips
2 cups fettuccine noodles, cooked
