Directions
PREHEAT oven to 425˚F.
PLACE the frozen tilapia tenders on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.
CUT fully cooked tilapia tenders into bite size pieces and place into taco shells.
ADD salsa, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and black olives. Enjoy!
From Jeanne B: There are so many ways to customize these tacos - my kids love trying all kinds of toppings. I just set out a buffet of cheese, olives, tomatoes, onions... even shaved carrots, and let them create their own meals.

1 package taco shells (soft or hard)
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce, iceberg or green
1 small can black olives, sliced or diced
salsa
