Directions
COOK yellow saffron rice according to package directions.
SAUTÉ chopped chorizo, added chopped onions, celery and peppers in wok until soft.
ADD package of shrimp scampi and continue cooking until shrimp is cooked.
ADD yellow rice to wok and mix together. Serve immediately.

2 chorizo sausages, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
