Directions

PREHEAT oven to 425°F.

ARRANGE shrimp in a single layer on baking sheet. Place one slice of cheese on each shrimp then wrap each shrimp in a strip of prosciutto.

BAKE for 12 minutes. Serve immediately.

From Amy J.: I sometimes substitute thinly-sliced ham for the prosciutto.

From Davon S.: You can substitute ready-to-serve bacon and reduce the cooking time.

From Jenna G. If you like this recipe try mixing it up by using different types of cheeses in place of the mozzarella – like bourson, swiss, pepper jack or goat cheese.

From Deborah B.: I used a premuim extra sharp cheddar in place of the mozzarella cheese. It was fantastic. It added a sharp bite to the shrimp. I also added a few drop of Tabasco to some of the shrimp before I put the cheese and prosciutto on and it gave it a nice tangy taste. Really good!

Ingredients

1 (9 oz) package SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp - Oven Crispy or (8 oz) SeaPak® Butterfly Shrimp - Oven Crispy

2.5 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced and cut into thin 1" squares

4 slices of prosciutto, cut into 12 long, thin strips
