Shrimp Waldorf Salad

Garlic Herb Marinated Shrimp

Directions

PREPARE the shrimp according to package directions.

PLACE lettuce, Gala apples, Granny Smith apples, grapes, pineapple and walnuts in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss. Add dressing to taste.





From Camille H: I used a little less lettuce and instead of raspberry vinaigrette, I tossed this in creamy poppy seed dressing (quite a bit) and served it on warm croissants. It was decadent!

Ingredients


1 package (10 oz) SeaPak® Garlic Herb Marinated Shrimp, frozen

1 bag of salad greens (or 1 head of green leaf lettuce, chopped)

1 medium Gala apple cored, halved, and sliced into 1/4” slices

1 medium Granny Smith apple cored, halved, and sliced into 1/4” slices

1/4 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup pineapple chunks

1/4 cup walnut halves

Raspberry vinaigrette, or dressing of choice
