Tilapia with Grilled Asparagus and Sesame Mustard Sauce

Artichoke Pesto Tilapia

Prep Time:

10 minutes

Cook Time:

10 minutes

Makes:

2 servings

Directions

COAT an outdoor grill or stove-top grill pan with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high.

CUT two 12” x 15” squares of foil. Place one tilapia filet in the center of each foil sheet and fold the top and ends of the foil to form a sealed packet. (Note: The tilapia can also be baked according to package directions).

BRUSH asparagus spears with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place tilapia grill packets on grill and cook for 10 minutes, or until fish is done (flakes easily). Meanwhile, add asparagus to hot grill and cook 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown and crisp-tender, turning frequently. While tilapia and asparagus are cooking, whisk together honey mustard, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

SERVE tilapia and asparagus with mustard sauce spooned over top the asparagus.

Robin M says: Both the asparagus and sauce are fabulous with all types of seafood, such as shrimp and tilapia.

Peter M says: Your frozen shrimp is the best I've ever had from the store. It's got a nice batter and good size, and the texture is way better than any other brand. Keep up the good work.
