Firecracker Shrimp Fried Rice

Directions

PREPARE the shrimp according to package directions.

PREPARE rice according to package directions. In a skillet, scramble eggs with vegetable oil. Add peas and carrots and cook until thawed.

ADD rice, soy sauce, and Firecracker Sauce. Cook mixture for 1 minute.

PLACE fried rice on a large serving dish and top with shrimp.





From Felicia D: To make it even spicier, I add hot red pepper flakes when I'm adding the soy sauce and firecracker sauce.

2 cups rice

1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

2 eggs

3/4 cup frozen peas

3/4 cup frozen carrots
