Directions
PREHEAT a large non-stick skillet on high for 1 minute. Add 1 tbs olive oil and heat for 1 minute. Arrange shrimp in a single layer. Sauté shrimp over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes.
ADD fresh sugar peas, peppers and onions to shrimp. Continue sautéing for 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.
REMOVE shrimp and vegetables from stove and serve.

1 cup fresh sugar peas
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup sweet yellow onion, chopped
1 tbs olive oil
