Asian Seasoned Shrimp Salad

Seasoned Shrimp - Roasted Garlic

2 - 3 servings


Directions

SAUTÉ shrimp according to package directions and set aside.

DIVIDE lettuce among serving bowls. Add carrots, orange slices, cashews and green onion. Top each salad with shrimp.

DRIZZLE salads with dressing. Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and serve.

1 package (12 oz) SeaPak® Seasoned Shrimp - Roasted Garlic, frozen

1 bag of fresh salad greens (or 1/2 of a head of green leaf lettuce, chopped)

1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange slices, well drained

1 cup carrots, shredded

1/3 cup cashews

1 green onion, chopped

Bottled pre-made Asian Sesame Salad Dressing (or dressing of choice)

1 tbs sesame seeds
