Directions
PREHEAT oven to 425?F.
PLACE the frozen tilapia tenders on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.
ASSEMBLE salads in three bowls – chopped romaine, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, olives and salad dressing.
CUT fully cooked tilapia tenders into bite size pieces and place over salads.
SPRINKLE with feta cheese.

Ingredients
1 (14 oz) package SeaPak® Tilapia Tenders
Two heads or two 10 oz. bags of chopped romaine lettuce
1 package feta cheese, 6 oz
1 seedless cucumber, sliced
3-4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
½ cup red onion, diced
¼ cup diced olives (black or kalamata)
prepared Greek salad dressing
