Butterfly Shrimp Scaloppini

Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp - Oven Crunchy

12 minutes

Makes:

2 - 3 servings


Directions

PREPARE shrimp according to package directions.

MELT butter in a small skillet until simmering. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes stirring frequently. Add lemon juice and wine. Sauté an additional 1 to 2 minutes until mixture is bubbly.

PLACE shrimp on serving dish. Drizzle with hot butter sauce. Serve immediately.

From Jonah A: I think capers are great, but if you think they're too salty you can just kick the amount of wine up a notch to tone down the saltiness.

1/2 cup butter

1 clove (about 1 tsp) of garlic, chopped

2 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs white wine

2 tsp capers (if desired)
