Alaskan Salmon Burgers

Our All-Natural Alaskan Salmon Burgers are hand-cut from wild-caught Alaskan pink salmon and perfectly seasoned ready for the grill or the oven.

With no carbs, only 110 calories, and 16 grams of protein per burger, these frozen salmon burgers are a great seafood option for low-carb and lighter recipes, like our Salmon Burger with Lime and Avocado Salad.

Our salmon is certified by the Responsible Fisheries Management program, an initiative of the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization. As part of our SeaPak Selections variety, these tasty frozen salmon burgers are gluten-free and do not contain any artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors.

Available in 12.8 oz size.

- Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
- Due to differences in appliances, cooking times may vary and require adjustment.
- Microwaving not recommended.
- For food safety this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F
- Caution - Product will be hot!
Preparation: 
GRILL
  • Preheat grill to MEDIUM HIGH.

  • Arrange burgers in single layer on grill.

  • Grill 5 - 6 minutes on each side until burgers are fully cooked.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • Arrange burgers in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of ovens.

  • For full package, bake 18 - 20 minutes.

  • For best results, turn product over half way through cooking.

SAUTÉ/PAN SEAR
  • Preheat skillet to MEDIUM HIGH.

  • Arrange burgers in single layer in skillet.

  • Saute for 5 - 6 minutes on each side until burgers are fully cooked.
