Alaskan Salmon Burgers

Alaskan Salmon Burgers

  • SeaPak® Salmon Burgers 12.8 oz package

Alaskan Salmon Burgers

- Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
- Due to differences in appliances, cooking times may vary and require adjustment.
- Microwaving not recommended.
- For food safety this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F
- Caution - Product will be hot!
Preparation: 
GRILL
  • Preheat grill to MEDIUM HIGH.

  • Arrange burgers in single layer on grill.

  • Grill 5 - 6 minutes on each side until burgers are fully cooked.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • Arrange burgers in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of ovens.

  • For full package, bake 18 - 20 minutes.

  • For best results, turn product over half way through cooking.

SAUTÉ/PAN SEAR
  • Preheat skillet to MEDIUM HIGH.

  • Arrange burgers in single layer in skillet.

  • Saute for 5 - 6 minutes on each side until burgers are fully cooked.
