Butterfly Shrimp

Our tail-on Butterfly Shrimp come from our award-winning breading recipe with a light and tasty batter coating. They’re crispy and delicious straight out of the oven.

From appetizer to entree, these oven-crispy butterfly shrimp make any meal easy. As an easy appetizer, serve with your favorite queso dipping sauce or stack into a BLT slider. For a quick weeknight dinner, top off your favorite salad or toss into a Mexican Tortilla Shrimp Bowl.

Available in 8oz and 20oz sizes.

- Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
- Due to differences in appliances, cooking times may vary and require adjustment.
- Microwaving not recommended.
- For food safety this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F
- Caution - Product will be hot!
Preparation: 
BAKE
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • Arrange frozen shrimp in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of oven.

  • For full package, bake 11-12 minutes.

  • For best results, turn product over half way through cooking.

FRY
  • Preheat fryer oil to 350°F

  • Place frozen shrimp in fry basket.

  • For half package, fry 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

  • Drain on absorbent paper before serving.

AIR FRYER
  • Preheat airfryer to 390°F

  • Arrange frozen shrimp in a single layer in basket.

  • For 1 serving (7 pieces) or 2 servings (14 pieces), cook 8 minutes.
