Butterfly Shrimp with Carbonara Sauce
1 9 oz package SeaPak® Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
1 8 oz package SeaPak® Butterfly Shrimp
1/2 14 oz package SeaPak® Breaded Butterfly Shrimp
16 oz Alfredo sauce
2 tbsp precooked bacon crumbles (or 2 cooked bacon strips, crumbled)
Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake Butterfly Shrimp according to package instructions.
Place Alfredo sauce and bacon crumbles in a pot on medium high heat. Stir to incorporate. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Pour Alfredo mixture into serving dish and serve with hot butterfly shrimp for dipping.
