1 20oz package of SeaPak Butterfly Shrimp
10 slices of bacon cut in half
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
Cut uncooked bacon slices in half. Wrap 1 piece of bacon (1/2 slice) around each frozen shrimp.
Place bacon wrapped shrimp in a single layer on large baking sheet. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and then sprinkle over shrimp.
Prepare shrimp according to package instructions or bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is fully cooked.
